Sheila A'Hearn is an accomplished and award-winning photographer whose work has been featured in regional exhibits, juried shows and photo anthologies. In addition to being selected for the National Museum of Racing's photographic exhibit. Winning color, her photographs of Saratoga's historic sites have been included in the Saratoga Arts Center annual contests and in the Art of Style series of shows.

A'Hearn was the recipient of an award presented by Kodak International for use of black and white photography and was a finalist in the Kinsa photography contest sponsored locally by the Daily Gazette. She also is a regular contributor to exhibits at local venues, including Beverly's Restaurant, Siro's Restaurant and the Spring Street Market. A Calendar for the year 2001, featuring 12 of her black and white images, sold through area retail outlets.

A'Hearn has studied photo journalism, studio set-ups, lighting and commercial photography. While a student at Adirondack Community College, one of her photographs was selected to be part of their permanent collection.

A'Hearn has established a reputation as one of the area's finest wedding photographers as well as for her recent work with Siena College's drama department and the Albany Civic Theater. References and additional promotional material will be furnished on request.
